Qualification:
On successful completion of all components “Achieved” for Unit Standard 30265 (Level 3, 8 Credits), the Assessor will lodge your credits to NZQA RoL.
Description:
- This Face-to-Face (Blended) is delivered through a trainer-led workshop at TMA, facilitated by a TMA-approved Trainer, Verifier, and Assessor. Students are guided through the course material, health and safety risk assessment principles, and assessment requirements in a structured, supported learning environment.
- Students complete the course within a two-week access window, working through structured learning material at their own pace.
- Theory assessment: Completed during the workshop under a TMA trainer supervision, covering hazard identification, risk assessment, control measures and monitoring and review processes.
- Practical assessment:
* Completed in a controlled or simulated environment with a TMA Verifier/Assessor, or in the student’s workplace where applicable
Students have up to two-weeks from the workshop date to complete and submit all required practical assessment evidence.
Assessment is based on observed performance and supporting evidence such as completed risk assessment forms, workplace records, site documentation and photos.
Students must demonstrate hazard identification, risk assessment, application of control measures, and compliance with organisational procedures during routine work activities.

What happens at the end of the E-Learning 2-week window?
- The Students enrolment will be activated upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise arranged with TMA.
- The students start date will be once enrolment is activated.
- Student E-Learning enrolment will be closed and all completed worked will be assessed by the assessor.
- Student will receive the outcome results by no later than 10 w/days on completion of course/closed.
- All cancellation notification must be received in writing within 48-hours (Mon-Frid) prior to activation, otherwise full fee will be due.

- Overdue accounts will be referred to Debt Collection services, and all associated fees will be liable by student/company.
