Our mission
To deliver high-quality, industry-aligned safety-focused training to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in the Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) sector.
Our kaupapa
Delivering education and training to Māori and Pasifika by using culturally responsive pedagogy and building positive relationships, creating inclusive learning environments, and using students' cultural knowledge and experiences as a foundation for learning.
Proof of Success
Upon successful completion, students receive an official Certificate confirming their qualification, along with NZQA credit accreditation recorded against their NSN Record of Learning (where applicable).
Interactive e-learning
TMA’s interactive training offers flexible, engaging learning — online through our LMS or in person. Practical, scenario-based content ensures every learner builds confidence and real-world competency.
A word from CEO
“Working on or near roads is a recognised high-risk activity. Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) is used to protect road workers from road users, to protect road users from any hazards related to the work site, and to reduce disruption to traffic flows during work. Industry engagement plays a critical role in shaping the evolution and effectiveness of traffic management in NZ.”
