Before joining TM Academy, Rebecca spent more than a decade working within the fast-paced freight and logistics industry. During this time, she held a broad leadership role supporting business operations, people processes, payroll, financial administration, regulatory compliance, customer relationships, and continuous improvement. She has also worked within large-scale distribution environments, where she helped establish administrative, reporting, and health and safety systems and supported the development of high-performing teams.
Rebecca is passionate about collaboration and believes the best outcomes are achieved when people work together, share knowledge, and feel comfortable contributing their ideas. She brings a calm, practical, and solutions-focused approach to her work and enjoys building strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation. She is particularly motivated by opportunities to improve processes, strengthen communication, and create well-organised systems that help both people and businesses succeed.
